The advent of coronavirus has impacted all of our lives, changing the way we think and work. Our biggest challenge right now is to accept this change. We understand that change is never comfortable but addressing it and adapting to it will help us to take care of our well-being.
Within this changing environment, VIVEKA continues to remain committed to providing free and confidential counselling services to individuals experiencing emotional stress. As a measure to adapt to the change, we are moving towards providing video-based counselling services using Google Meet to ensure that we continue to offer the best we can.
Google Meet is an online communication tool, which allows face to face video, voice or text-based chat/dialogues. Google Meet is encrypted to protect sensitive information. Thus it is safe, convenient and saves time, without compromising on our tenet of confidentiality. It is easy to use and free for our clients, who can opt to download the app on their mobile devices or connect using their laptops.
However, there has been an unprecedented demand for our video counselling services. We are trying to accommodate all those who have already registered with us. Since there will be a delay before we can assist those seeking help, we are compelled to suspend further registrations. Fresh registrations will start from March 1, 2024
